The organizing committee has the pleasure to thank all of you for contributing to the next success of the 5th OTEC Symposium
The call for paper process led to the selection of 36 contributions, 29 for oral presentation and 7 for posters.
All proposed topics have been covered from all over the world.
For reminding, guidelines for contributors are given below:
Abstract submission
The deadline for abstract submission is July the 7th 2017. Abstract should be submitted on the ScienceConf website, the link being provided below:

The procedure for submission is:
· Step 1: Create your account ScienceConf (if you don’t already have one).
· Step 2: Validation of your account and finalization of your registration by clicking on the link received via your e-mail address.

Full length article submission
The deadline for full length paper submission is extended to October the 20th, 2017.
After acceptance of the abstract, authors are invited to submit a full length paper describing their study that will included in the symposium proceedings. Authors should follow the guidelines given in the Template for full length article, available below :

Papers have to be submitted on the SciencesConf website :

The procedure to submit the paper is to log into your account on the SciencesConf website, and to click on the symbol "plus" located next to the title of the abstract already submitted.
Poster Presentation
For authors who have been selected for a poster presentation, the template with the guidelines to follow is given here :
Poster Template (.pptx format)
The standard format is A0. Posters should normally be printed by authors. If you meet difficulties, please contact the Organisation Committee.
Oral Presentation
For authors who have been selected for an oral presentation :
The support of the presentation must be brought on the day of the presentation preferentially in .pptx format.
The speakers are free to choose the content and formatting of the presentation, but the imposed time of 10 minutes of presentation followed by 5 minutes of question must be respected.
